Who we are
BlueSavant AI Inc. is a Delaware corporation with operations in Boston, Massachusetts. We are the controller of the personal data described below. You can reach us at privacy@bluesavant.ai.
What we collect
This website has no forms and collects nothing you type. There is no newsletter, no sign-up, no account and no priority list. You can read every page without giving us anything.
Our web server keeps standard access logs, as any web server does. These record your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser’s user-agent string. They exist to keep the site running and to investigate faults or abuse. They are not used to build a profile of you and are not combined with anything else.
If you email us
The address on our contact page is an ordinary mailbox. If you write to us we hold your message and your email address for as long as it takes to deal with your enquiry, and we reply. That is the only personal data we hold about anyone who contacts us through this site.
Please do not send medical records, diagnoses, or details about a specific child. We are not a clinical service and cannot act on that information. If you do send it, we will delete it.
Why, and our lawful basis
Access logs are kept on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website. Correspondence is held on the basis of your having chosen to contact us.
We do not use anything for advertising, we do not build profiles, and we do not sell or rent personal data. We have no arrangement under which personal data is shared for another party’s purposes.
Where it is stored, and who can see it
Access logs stay on a server we control. Email reaches a mailbox hosted on Google Workspace. Access is limited to BlueSavant AI personnel who need it to respond to you.
Our servers are located in the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, your message will be transferred there.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
Every file this site loads — fonts, icons, images, stylesheets and scripts — is served from bluesavant.ai. Your browser contacts no other company when you visit this site.
How long we keep it
Access logs are rotated and discarded within 30 days. Correspondence is kept until you ask us to delete it, or for 24 months from your last contact with us, whichever comes first.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- tell you what we hold about you
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete your record
- send you a copy in a portable format
- stop contacting you
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the GDPR gives you these rights and the right to complain to your national data protection authority. If you are a California resident, the CCPA and CPRA give you rights of access, deletion, correction and to opt out of sale — we do not sell personal data.
To exercise any of these, email privacy@bluesavant.ai. We will respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for asking.
Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18, and we ask that you do not send us information about a child.
Regulatory status
The BlueSavant AI Autism Test is not FDA-cleared. Performance figures shown on this site are retrospective and are provided for information. Nothing on this website is medical advice or a diagnosis.
Changes
If we change this notice we will update the date at the top. If the change is significant and we hold your details, we will tell you.
